AL KUWARI & BABTAIN PARTNERSHIP, BAHRAIN
LYNX Paragon were commissioned to work alongside KPMG and EDAW USA in the appraisal of the development of an integrated resort at Manama, Bahrain. This mission involved conceptualisation, master planning, market feasibility, and financial structuring. The resort components include a signature standard hotel, up-scale gated residential community, banqueting centre, marina, specialty retail & dinning, yacht club, and a unique entertainment concept for kids and adults.

TANMIA, CYPRUS
LYNX Paragon were commissioned for a due diligence exercise to develop a golf resort including a leisure club. In collaboration with Hecate International & David Hemstock & Associates, the mission encompassed the launching of a competition course, and the assistance in project conceptualization, master planning, design charettes and the development strategy of the project.

MID LTD, JORDAN

 A team formed of LYNX Paragon & Hecate International was commissioned to engage into a tendering process for the development of a master planned community for an integrated golf resort on the sea shore of the Dead Sea, Jordan. The project included 2 international standard hotels, a boutique golf hotel, the supporting retail, F&B and children’s entertainment facilities.

PARAMOUNT, LEBANON

LYNX Paragon were retained to carry due diligence on several commercial buildings in SOLIDERE, Lebanon and secure private project finance for the renovation of these buildings. Branding and marketing strategy was put in place for these projects.

AL MISNAD GROUP, QATAR

A team formed of LYNX Paragon, Hecate International, MZ Architecture & Ernst & Young was commissioned to engage into a tendering process for the development of a master plan for a mixed use project in the centre of Doha, Qatar. The project included a 4 star hotel, diverse mix of accommodations, office product, supporting retail, F&B, a Mosque and cultural facilities.

 

UNITED DEVELOPERS CORPORATION SAL, LEBANON
This consortium of developers and investors retained the advisory services of  LYNX Paragon to work alongside a team of consultants (Boskalis Westminster & MECG) for the tendering process for the rehabilitation of the Northern Coast of Beirut, Lebanon, an area encompassing 2.2 million m2 composed of a massive land reclamation project, several marinas and a complex master plan. Technical backup was provided with the collaboration of Al-Mabani Group and Bin Ladden Group.

CARONI, LEBANON
LYNX Paragon was commissioned by Caroni For Tourism Development Sal to assist KPMG & Atelier des Architectes Associes in the appraisal of the development of an integrated resort at Port D’Amour on the Mediterranean Coast of Lebanon. LYNX Paragon was involved in most phases from conceptualization through market feasibility to audit and adjustment of the current proposed master plan. The resort components include a 1.2 km beach, 5 stars accommodation, conference and banqueting centre, working port/marina, retail, dinning and entertainment, private harbour and yacht club, private beach and sports club, thalassospa and wellness centre.
 

CONSORTIUM of DEVELOPERS & INVESTORS, EGYPT

The advisory services of LYNX Paragon were utilized to assess the market potential for a large land holding at Sahl Hasheesh on the Red Sea Coast of Egypt. The project included hotels, timeshare, golf and other sports, food and beverage, residential and ancillary infrastructure.

AQABA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (ADC), JORDAN

LYNX Paragon were requested to carry out a study on the viability of a retirement community in Aqaba as part of the larger development strategy of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone. Lynx Paragon worked closely with BEARINGPOINT and a team of professionals involved in drawing up the development strategy of the Aqaba Free Zone. Economic drivers were reviewed as part of this due diligence exercise in addition to the regional competitive environment and the potential captive market.

 

MATD-PORT GHALIB, EGYPT

LYNX Paragon were requested to work alongside a team composed of KPMG, EDAW, SASAKI, PROJACS & SUN INTERNATIONAL to structure the strategy of development for the first phase of PORT GHALIB in Egypt. The project is comprised of 3 international standard hotels, a resort village including diverse type of accommodations which will be complimented by value added products (e.g. retail, canals, water features, food and beverage etc.) and support infrastructure. Planned and designed by premier international planners with expertise in integrated community development, the development assists in the positioning of the Red Sea as a premier diving destination and adds to the tourism product of the Red Sea.

LINORD, BAKICHE TOURISTIC COMPANY SAL, LEBANON
LYNX Paragon were appointed to work alongside a team composed of HECATE & KPMG to prepare a market, financial feasibility study & master plan for the development of an integrated ski resort in a mountainous area of Lebanon. Key components assessed included residential, hotel accommodation, spa and wellness centre and ski facilities. The site encompasses approximately 1 million m2 and land uses identified include resort accommodation, residential real estate, sports and recreational facilities including lake, club house, and supporting services. LYNX Paragon has also been requested to comment upon the appropriateness of other components in order to assist in the conceptualisation of the development as a whole and assisted in developing a general master plan for the area working in close collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism.
 

THE KHARAFI GROUP, KUWAIT
LYNX Paragon were commissioned to prepare a portfolio of investment options for identified sites in the Port Ghalib project on the red sea coast of Egypt. The primary objective of the prospectus was to attract the interest of secondary investors. This required the conceptualisation of viable product concepts and inputs into an integrated master plan for the project.
 

AQABA CONTRACTING, JORDAN
LYNX Paragon were requested to assess the market and financial viability of the development of an integrated golf and resort community in Aqaba, Jordan. The concept comprised a golf and country club, 18-hole signature golf course, a resort village, an international standard hotel and residential units which will be complemented by value added products and support infrastructure.
